Hủ Tiếu Hồng Phát is the second location of this popular Vietnamese restaurant in the Metro Vancouver area, located in a small plaza across from PriceSmart. The restaurant serves food that tastes like authentic Vietnamese pho, but with a unique twist on the menu. The dry noodles and Signature Seafood Rice Noodle are very delicious, and the Signature Original Rice Noodle Soup has a variety of ingredients that complement each other nicely. The signature dish is known for its great flavor and generous toppings, making it a filling choice.

Despite some concerns about the portion sizes, the food menu is enjoyable.
