- Rich and perfectly salted broth, so you can slurp the bowl clean
- Luscious chashu (braised pork belly)

Yakitori (skewers) were hit/miss. Ordered the omakase set - most were tender and well seasoned, while a couple were over-charred and bland.

“Cuisine Explorer Series: While visiting Vancouver wanted to try something local. I was skeptical at first given its location in a strip mall next to a grocery store. But the food was delicious, very well plated and presented. Worth giving it a try.“
