After various flight delays and waiting for luggage to arrive we were looking for somewhere for some food in the Vancouver airport. We found Urban Crave and it looked nice. We had a variety of burgers, ribs, fish tacos and breakfast pancakes….we were all in different time zones! The fish tacos were really very good and the guy working, who was on his own, was really helpful and friendly.
Expensive airport price aside, the food was extremely disappointing. Dry, flavorless burgers. Cheesesteak reminiscent of jerky. Plus they were out of the first 4 things we tried to order.

So many of the items on the menu were not available... we ordered drinks and they didn't have most of the beers we tried to order. Then we ordered the ramen but got notified 10 minutes later that they were out. Its such an easy solution to improve the experience: tell customers what you don't have or change your menu.
