This Hong Kong-style cha chaan teng is surprisingly spacious, even during breakfast hours. When we visited in the morning, it was already fairly busy, suggesting that it is a popular spot for breakfast.

Busy most of the time but food is good and stable. Service is friendly. Busy at breakfast, lunch and dinner most of the time. Parking always full at busy time
