“One of my best restaurant experiences ever. From the moment we walked in the service was great. We were greeted with a very friendly but professional hostess and then quickly taken to our seats. Our server was very attentive and was able to answer any questions we had about the menu. The food was great and the portions huge. Would definitely return!“

“Had a family celebration here this week & what a fabulous evening! Everything was great, from the atmosphere, the food, the service to the OMG dessert. The tiramisu was sooo delicious, as was the passion fruit panna cotta. “What a wonderful experience! This charming cafe has incredible food and service. The owners are genuinely lovely people who work hard to care for their customers. It’s clear that Windsor Cafe has a very dedicated following of regulars because I saw so many customers being called by name and addressed with warmth and kindness. The cafe is in a charming old Victorian home near the water which makes it a great stop for tourists and locals. As a chef myself, I was very impressed with the fresh food and coffee. The staff are so friendly and efficient and clearly care about their level of service. I will be back! This is my favourite cafe in Victoria, hands down!!“

“Came here for the first time with my family for the late menu. We ordered and shared four different pasta dishes and two desserts. All were excellent, but my personal favourite was the Braised Beef Campanelle. We were also given a complimentary appetizer to share while waiting for the pasta.

Our server Ewan was fantastic. We asked for and accepted his recommendations on several of the dishes.

We’ll definitely come back the next time the next time we have a pasta craving.“

“We love everything about this Romeo's location. The food is just excellent, friendly service, and you feel like you really got your money's worth.

I always order the spinach pizza, which is delicious, but honestly, I've never had a bad meal at Romeo's.

It's a comfortable place with plenty of seating, almost all booths, which I like, and is in the (outdoor) shopping mall. It is bright and comfortable and excellent value for your money.

“Ordered online via app, there was a mistake with order upon delivery (ordered chicken caesar salad, salad came with no chicken). I decided to submit feedback online thinking it would not amount to much. A few hours later the general manager Susanne called and left a voicemail to offer a genuine apology and a small refund back to my credit card which was an amazing gesture of customer service I did not expect at all. “My order is usually perfect except this time I was a little bit cold and according to the tracking it was 10 minutes late which would explain the cold pizza. Also when ordering online they need to be more options when you can change your address as my job is house to house. And I would also like to know how to add extra toppings on to a pizza when it doesn't give you that option thank you“
