“The food and service were outstanding. My cousin and I were originally going for happy hour so small bites but the food was so good we ended up sharing the tuna tartare, which had a little kick and so scrumptious, the seafood steamer with clams, mussels, scallops and prawns all so tender and the sauce so delicious we ordered a side of bread to absorb all the sauce, the herb crusted lamb cooked perfectly and though we were so full and hadn't anticipated on eating so much topped the dinner off with the chocolate delice, oh so chocolately rich. I highly recommend the restaurant and reserving first.“

“This is not a drill — the food is AMAZING. Eva is so kind. We went for dinner last night and went back today for breakfast. Salad, pizza, coffee, pastries - everything was better than the next. Cinnamon bun is not overhyped, best one I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to also stay at WOODS next time we’re on Pender :)“

“We love this quaint bistro cheese shop. The staff wine knowledge and flights are always a delight. We take home a new to us bottle every time. The cheese selection is a delicious adventure. There's always a creative seasonal salad. I would not recommend the baked brie. It is baked to the breaking point. Once cut into it is a soup, the fat separates and turns into oil and the rind floats on what might be considered fondue but not. I did ask and this is how they intend to serve it. Maybe it suits some but not what I'm familiar with in a backed brie. They did offer to do another according to our preference.“
