“We came in for a bbq chicken pizza. Asked for no bacon. The ladies accidentally put bacon on it. To make up for it, they gave us an extra piece of pizza each while we wait for a new bbq pizza with no bacon. Excellent service and great food.“

“First impression, amazing!
Lots of seating and easy parking. I arrived around 1 PM and there were a few spots available. There’s a coffee shop inside the bakery. I haven’t tried their coffee yet, but the bakery itself is amazing. The muffins are delicious and the buttery cake was sweet and yummy. Can’t wait to come back and try more!“

Planning a small wedding ceremony during a pandemic is no easy task and Cindy took all the stress out of it for us. The appetizers and presentation were amazing and the food tasted so good. “Fantastic little cafe in the mall. I was persuaded by their business when one of the staff members was handing out free samples of their blueberry stuffies. I was compelled to buy their 6 piece pack to go. I like how the miniature pastries are shaped like bears and fishes in such good detail. You should definitely give this place a try when you are at Guildford centre.“

“We order from Pizza Pizza quite regularly and generally enjoy the food and service. I just wanted to share a feedback regarding online orders.
We have noticed that the pizza boxes are usually not sealed when we receive our orders. It would feel more appropriate and reassuring if a little extra care were taken to seal the box, especially for online or delivery orders. This adds to a sense of hygiene, professionalism, and customer care.

Sealing the box would also give customers greater confidence that the order has been handled carefully from the store to delivery. It may seem like a small detail, but it makes a positive difference in the overall experience.“

Very poor service with new recruits where they don't understand the customer request. Specially when order by phone. Even online orders they mess up.
Very bad service after few years .
I can't understand why they don't understand a simple instruction. I doubt they can follow the company protocol for food preparation also. So sad.
