I ordered coffee online and I never received my parcel! I've emailed them at least 5 times with no results. they only answered once and said they'd look into it and I've never heard back. I went through FedEx to track my parcel and they said it was delivered and gave day and time. I was home all day and camera shows had no delivery. Few Ex says contact shipper. what good is that when you never answer my emails and no phone number supplied so I can't call you. extremely poor customer...read full review
was buying starbucks' true north blonde roast for awhile. my place of work brews the veranda blend where i got introduced to light roast coffee. had no idea blonde roast even existed to be honest. noticed 49th parallel had a light roast variety of their own. bought a bag of epic espresso just to sample it but i keep coming back for more. excellent coffee and my new favorite ! ☕
