“Favourite spot for authentic, wood fired Montreal style bagels in Vancouver. I’ve visited Montreal and do feel that Siegel’s is authentic. Basically has legendary status amongst locals, a real family/community like feel. I moved to Vancouver this year from abroad and funnily enough, Siegel’s has become a staple for me especially when feeling home sick just because of the welcoming and friendly atmosphere (and of course the amazing bagels).“
“I work nearby and I was hungry so wanted to try the shop out. I had the vegetarian sandwich on the multigrain bagel. It was nice you can choose what you want in your sandwich, and I thought my sandwich was really good. One thing was that the cheese wasn't melted when warmed. But tasty sandwich nonetheless“

“This place is unique and fun to try. We tried most of their vegetarian options and our favorites are the matcha cheesecake and red bean and cream cheese. We also liked the plain bagel with shiso ume cream cheese, which added tartness to the cream cheese.“

“Visiting for the weekend. Shop was bright, clean and lots of seating. Latte was just right, not too sweet. Pistachio croissant was excellent. Most of all the young man who served us was eager, polite and enthusiastic. So many kinds of pastries and bagels with many kinds of toppings.“

“The guy who was working Christmas Eve was super kind and rescued our Christmas breakfast when our online order was messed up. I was really flustered when I went in so didn’t get a chance to thank him properly. Thank you and happy holidays!“

“Mount Bagel Company is a North Vancouver gem. The staff is always kind, the bagels are perfectly thick, and their honey vanilla cream cheese is unbeatable. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and highly recommend stopping by—you won’t be disappointed.“

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 13/10 — Meera & Ethan and Marius made our day at Rosemary Rocksalt 🥯💛
We had such a beautiful experience at Rosemary Rocksalt thanks to Meera and Ethan. They were professional, efficient, kind, patient, and genuinely caring. They didn’t rush us at all and helped us choose the perfect bagels — we went with the Steveston and even grabbed extra to take home and freeze because everything looked and smelled so good.
Meera: you truly went above and beyond. Your warmth and energy made the whole moment feel special.
Your recommendations were perfect, and we are already excited to come back because of you.
Ethan and Mariam working hard behind the scenes still greeting us with joy we are so grateful for you
Thank you all for making something simple feel memorable.
13/10 — see you again soon 💛🙏“

“Rosemary Rocksalt bagels are a type of Montreal-style bagel known for their distinctive flavor and texture, made with a unique combination of rosemary and rock salt. They are boiled in honey water and then baked in a stone-hearth, open-flame oven, resulting in a crispy exterior and chewy interior. The Rosemary Rocksalt brand is particularly known for its rosemary and rock salt flavored bagel, which is a popular choice.
Rosemary Rocksalt is an evolution of Siegel's Bagels, another well-known Vancouver bagel establishment.
The bagels are fresh and delicious here.
I think I’ve tried everything on their menu so far 😬🙌
It’s also really nice that it’s across from the Starbucks too.“
