It's a quiet cafe most of the time. I often go there to grab a coffee and wait for people to come out of the airport when I'm picking them up.
Nice inside. Very hard to get to because of all the construction. GPS takes you to the wrong area, so you actually need to explore or know your way around. Food as usual is good.

The parking area might be incomplete, but the overall experience is satisfying with great coffee and excellent customer service. Employees are really nice behaving and well trained. The staff here are so welcoming, especially Balpreet, Kiran, and Nirtika, who always provide excellent service and greet customers with cheerful smiles. Kiran remembers customers' names and makes them feel valued, while Balpreet ensures that every order is complete and provides smooth service. This is one of the best Tim Hortons in Vancouver, maintaining the quality of the food and ensuring that customers leave happy.
