About Artigiano Hornby

Artigiano Hornby is a popular spot for catching up with friends, offering delicious food and drinks in a charming European-style atmosphere. The menu features a range of treats, including a grilled cheese sandwich that's a must-try, and the chicken club is a great sandwich. Coffee lovers will appreciate the expertly brewed Americanos and espresso, which rivals Seattle's best. The specialty brews are a highlight, especially the house blend espresso, which is rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced. The café is conveniently located along Hornby Street in downtown Vancouver, making it easy to explore nearby shops and the Vancouver Art Gallery, and is a lovely place to unwind in the midst of downtown’s chaos. It provides plenty of seating, Wi-Fi, and a cozy environment that is very friendly for kids and accessible for wheelchairs. Their warm baguettes and sandwiches are fresh and delicious. The environment and vibe are just what you want from a great café – cozy, stylish, and welcoming. The staff is incredibly friendly and always greet you with a smile. Everything is also super clean and well-kept. With its later operating hours, Artigiano Hornby remains a great place to relax and unwind in the city.

A little more on the pricey side, I guess because of location. That said, feels quite run down. Big statement light has a bulb missing, felt a bit dirty and a different light was flickering. Logos on mugs scratched away. If you’re gonna charge a premium price, the surroundings need to be premium.
Went to this one for the 1st time next to work in a quest to find a good morning coffee place

Person behind the counter was very friendly and the place looked fine, but tbh the cheese scone was boring and not much flavor and the latte was pretty meh. Ended up throwing the pictures half out as just wasnt worth continuing and I think im going to ditch the coffee and go elsewhere
I used to like them a lot. But quality has gone down and now it just feels like any other chain cafe.
