Super cute experience! Drinks were very good! Got three difference kinds of iced tea and all were delicious. Also got the ice cream in the hello kitty cone. Super cut but pricy. Not a lot of seating, came on Tuesday afternoon. Lots of souvenirs to get. Very cute for photo opt. Staff very kind
I get the attraction, but it appears to be in rough shape. Cleaning doesn't appear to be a priority, kind of dingy. Coffee was decent. Staff was 50/50 one girl was nice, they other looked like she would rather be somewhere else.
Very disappointed with the service, especially with the way the staff approached and treated us during our visit. While the presentation of the food was great and looked very appealing, the taste was only average and didn’t live up to our expectations. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I had expected much better in terms of both service and food quality.
