The service is incredible, with staff who are warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They create a unique and personal dining experience, treating guests well even in hiking clothes. The cuisine is phenomenal, with amazing balance of texture and flavours. The Beef Wellington is, without any exaggeration, by far the best ever had—perfectly cooked, incredibly tender, wrapped in flawless pastry. The tasting menu does not disappoint. The profiteroles are absolutely to die for, and the palette cleanser of coconut sorbet is a highlight. The wine list is wide ranging, and the sommelier services are amazing, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. Every dish is so delicious, with perfection and a little twist. The overall attention to detail makes everything feel effortless and perfectly executed. It is not just dinner—it is a complete experience. Guests will absolutely be back, already looking forward to having the Beef Wellington again.
