Unfortunately, I found a small insect stuck to the inside of my cup today. However, I really want to acknowledge how professional and kind the staff were. They immediately replaced my drink without any hesitation.
As a coffee shop owner myself, I know that even with good standards in place, incidents like this can occasionally happen and aren’t always preventable. What really matters is how a business responds, and they handled the situation very well.
