I was out cruising for electricity and coffee during this morning's power outage and I am glad that Amberdo was operating and making excellent coffee. I am now plugged in and sitting down with a great flat white listening to great music that do not recognize at all. Thanks Amberdo!
Came off the cruise with the wife and walked into Amberdo.
Coffee is fantastic. Strong, deep flavor, the kind that wakes you up properly. Not bitter in a bad way — just perfect. Pastry was great too. Flaky, fresh, and tasted like someone actually cared.

Amberdo Cafe and Bakery offers a wonderful experience with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is friendly and attentive. Customers enjoy Spanish latte, delicious bakery, and fresh pastries that are expertly made. Great matcha and chai are served in aesthetic mugs, with a croissant that is delish. The bakery selections are superb, and the soup and sandwiches are best. The vibe is cozy and inviting, making it a great spot to catch up with friends or stay all afternoon. The place has a small shelf of well-curated books. One suggestion is to make the open sign clearer and add a larger sign indicating it is a bakery, as it can be easy to pass by. Overall, the coffee, pastries, and atmosphere are amazing, with not unreasonable pricing. Highly recommended.
