It was on my list for years, wanted to try for awhile during Christmas just becuase of their amazing festive ambience. I have read the reviews before I go, was already expected that services might not be as good. We visited Reflections on Christmas day. Wonderful atmosphere and excellent service. The decorations were really beautiful. I requested a high table near the Christmas tree and they very graciously managed to seat us there. We had warm True North cocktail in the Santa cup and Lobster Benedict. I came here in the winter time to experience their Christmas terrace set up, and it was beautiful. The atmosphere was amazing. Very well decorated and it feels very cozy and comfortable. Just very expensive. Drinks were yummy.
