Good place to taste the Salvadorian good specially pupusas which are very similar to what you can found in El Salvador, service could be better and the atmosphere. Price is good as well.
The ONLY place in Vancouver to get 100% authentic Salvadoran pupusas.You may have tried pupusas from that other place on Victoria... But that's a lie. Those people are from Honduras. Their pupusas are doughy and thick. Honduras traditionally makes pupusas too, but they not the ones.I have friends tell me they went there, tried authentic Salvadoran pupusas and they were "soo great"... Delicious as always! Fresh made and done well. Corn tortillas and chips are made fresh unlike chain restaurant versions. Nothing can compare. You get a good amount of food for the price. The atmosphere is very low key but feels authentic, like you are in a pueblo in El Salvador. Don't miss out on this restaurant to get all the ooey gooey and leave satisfied.
