SushiVan offers delicious sushi and great service, featuring fresh fish and high-quality rice. Customers particularly enjoy the California rolls with teriyaki beef over rice and the Grilled Sablefish. The restaurant is known for its good prices, with the 24 pieces mixed maki combo and miso soup for $12 being a popular choice. The unagi roll is also well-liked, and the toro yaki nigiri is often described as the best piece of sushi ever tasted.
Many customers have had a wonderful experience, especially with the Bento box options, which they found yummy. The staff is friendly and accommodating, even during busy times. Service is quick and efficient, with reasonable portion sizes and prices for the area. A family combo for 2 people at $35 includes 2 miso, 2 salad, appetizer tempura, a special roll, 4 pieces of nigiri, teriyaki, and dessert, making it a great choice for sharing.
