we were at UBC for a medical appt and found this lovely place to have breakfast before we went home. The best scone I have ever had and the coffee wonderful. Will be back if we get the chance.
I thought the place was mostly fine before the new renovations, but it looks nicer now, the tiling job in the bathroom is of note, it was a little bare before.
Also, new coffee variety, Rwandan, for re-opening day. it was darker than most of the Boulevard coffees, but it had enough body to take the darker roast. Lovely.
I really like this cafe, everything always so good and the behavior of the staff always are cool and friendly, I recommend the Vietnamese latte to everyone, especially cold.
