We stopped by Togo Sushi last Saturday afternoon after a walk around the seawall and were glad we did. The spicy tuna roll and the miso black cod were both excellent, and the server took the time to explain a few menu items we weren't familiar with. It's a small, cozy spot with a nice window view of the street, so we didn't feel rushed even during the lunch crowd. Street parking took a couple minutes to find but honestly it was worth the walk back to the car with full stomachs.
I’ve had the best Avocado roll here. But the Nabe Udon was so so.
The sashimi tasted fresh and was well sized. The nigiri was smaller, but also fresh tasting. The price is significant, but not unexpected given the location. Over $26 for 3 pieces salmon sashimi, 3 pieces tuna sashimi, and 1 piece each of tuna, salmon, and existing nigiri.
