“Stopped at the restaurant in downtown for lunch. Ordered a chicken durum, knafeh and Turkish tea. They prepare fresh bread for every order so prepared a fresh bread for my durum, chicken and veggies were fresh too. Knafeh too was fresh out of oven and tea as well. This place is newly renovated and looks amazing. Staff and ambiance is nice too!“

“My favourite thing about this place is the buns that they bake in house. They are fantastic. Their meats have less sauce and spices on them than some other places in the neighbourhood but I always eat in the restaurant so I can add extra sauce from the bottles they have on all the tables.“

“tried them on uber the other night and ordered again today. their platter’s both beef and chicken are so flavorful. you also get hummus, pita , rice and salad with it. suggest getting extra garlic sauce and hot sauce on the side. you can tell they truly care about their food by the flavor and how it was prepared! keep up the good work :)“

Most fast food place are nowadays overpriced but here they have daily specials which are reasonable for a fast food place.
I had the small falafel pita wrap which was good.

“I'm from WA, and we don't have Donair Dude, but every time we visit Van, we make it a point to get our DD fix. From the moment you walk in, the tantalizing aroma of perfectly seasoned meats and warm spices hits you like a welcoming hug.

Their signature chicken donair pita wrap is my go-to. It's tender, juicy, and flavorful AF. The meat is spiced to perfection; the pita is soft yet crunchy and sturdy enough to hold all the deliciousness. The house-made spreads are pure magic—the creamy garlic and spicy red pepper paste are a must—rich and creamy with just the right kick of zest to elevate the experience. And if you're feeling adventurous, I highly recommend adding their sweet and paprika cilantro sauces. They offer a delightful twist that pairs surprisingly well with the savory goodness.

The staff are rockstars, too—friendly and accommodating. Plus, the portions are generous, leaving you full and happy without breaking the bank.

“I've passed by this restaurant a number of times taking notice of how amazing the food smelt but never tried any of their dishes until today. The extra sause that was paid for was not delivered with the order, but the iskender kabob was amazing! Will definitely being trying some of their other dishes in the future.“
