“Stopped at the restaurant in downtown for lunch. Ordered a chicken durum, knafeh and Turkish tea. They prepare fresh bread for every order so prepared a fresh bread for my durum, chicken and veggies were fresh too. Knafeh too was fresh out of oven and tea as well. This place is newly renovated and looks amazing. Staff and ambiance is nice too!“

“I've been craving Turkish donair since visiting a few years ago and I just discovered this place. I've been in Canada for 27 years in BC, Alberta, and Ontario, and this is the best doner I've had here! Their chicken kebab, iskander, and donair sandwhich are 10/10!

The house-made spreads are pure magic—the creamy garlic and spicy red pepper paste are a must—rich and creamy with just the right kick of zest to elevate the experience. And if you're feeling adventurous, I highly recommend adding their sweet and paprika cilantro sauces. They offer a delightful twist that pairs surprisingly well with the savory goodness.

The staff are rockstars, too—friendly and accommodating. Plus, the portions are generous, leaving you full and happy without breaking the bank.

“Second time I’ve eaten here with my roommate. Fantastic folks here, my roommate got the Iskander Platter and I got the Mixed Platter. Food was amazing as always. Even after getting the large size we always end up with leftovers for the morning. Never have issues.“

“The Missus and I grabbed a chicken shawarma each at Basha for a quick mall food dinner. We thought the chicken could have been more flavourful but was happy with the price to quantity ratio. There was a large eating area and Basha was located relatively close to the mall entrance for easy access.“
