A solid and consistent YiFang, nothing super special about it, but it tastes really good! It has a very small seating area, and while expensive, I think the price is worth it. It is also conveniently right in front of a bus stop, great for transiting UBC students! I highly recommend the yakult jade tea :)
The service wasn’t exactly bad in the ordering stage, but they completely messed up my order, I asked for 70% sugar and they gave me AT LEAST 200%, I had to be o home and add water to make it taste good.

Dropped by for some fruit tea but it isn’t even real fruit. Ordered the orange tea, which is 7.95 before tax, expecting it to be real orange juice/pulp and tea, turns out to be artificial with two slices of oranges and a slice of apple in it. Pretty shocking honestly. Tastes like cough medicine orange flavour. Can’t even adjust sugar level to 0 sugar which is unheard of. Really can’t recommend to anyone.
