I went there 1.5 hours before they closed, but they already blocked off half their lobby. So it was forced to sit in between a bunch of kids making a lot of noise and a lady that must have been deaf. Because she was speaking really loud on her phone. Those were the only 3 seats available in the lobby.
For a downtown location it's fine, always something interesting to see. Honestly I just want to communicate how confounding it is that every time I come here a lady, who is a manager, doesn't understand or care how to do fries properly. The salting device is designed to dispense the exact quantity of salt for a basket of fries, yet she puts a random amount in each time, and she does not shuffle the fries to mix the salt properly.
