We usually go 3-4x a month ever since we moved to Victoria in December. We either get bubble tea or their soft served ice cream. However, the last couple of weekday afternoons we went, there’s always something missing in our orders. First time was there was no mango syrup on the mango cereal ice cream. My favourite place in the Greater Victoria Region for true tapioca pearl soft-serve ice cream! Everyone has bubble tea, but not everyone offers pearls on an ice cream sundae, and Momo/MilkCow not only has the most delicious, pristine vanilla soft-serve ice cream, but instead of serving pearls in a thin, watery syrup, ENCASES them in a thick, brown sugar caramel sauce. :D It boarders on overload, but I order mine "double bubble" for an extra helping of pearls, by the time I finish,...read full review
