I have been reading reviews about this place and feel the need to express mine. I went there again today February 19th 2024 and was pleased to receive a fantastic experience, I ordered the lunch special A with shrimp, the chowmein, bbq pork and shrimp were hot fresh and delicious, the restaurant was full and my meal was was served hot fast and delicious as always. My wife & I went to the Ocean Garden before a Royals hockey game. Essentially it was our first and last time at Ocean Garden!Service was poor and food was not better. My stir fried rice tasted like it was prepared in dirty burned oil.

Visited Victoria for the weekend and I went to Chinatown. This place is a must stop if you want some comfort Chinese food! Will definitely come back here. The inside of the restaurant gives a very homey vibe. Would love to come again when I visit Victoria.Kid-friendliness: Family friendly
