“We ordered for pick up. After receiving our food we realized we had locked our keys and phones in the car. They allowed me to use their phone to call roadside assistance which was going to take up to 90 min. They sat us down in the restaurant and took our to-go food to the back and plated and delivered it back to our table hot and ready to enjoy. And enjoy we did… food was fresh and delicious. Their assistance during their busiest hours was so appreciated. We ended up really enjoying our dinner and there was a lot to bring home. This yummy experience will bring us back again and again!“

I remember getting Kings food as a kid at the farmers market and I continued to order from them after I moved out. The Sweet and Sour Veggie is my husband's and my favorite. We also like the hot crispy bean and the curry crispy bean. My husband is not a vegetarian like myself, but he absolutely loves the food from Kings as much as I do. “I had the pleasure of going into Little Hobo Soup & Sandwich Shop and was impressed by the level of service and care. From the moment we walked in the door you could just feel this was a special place. In a world that is fast paced, and everyone seems to be rushing through their day, this place gives you a moment of escape for even a short amount of time. The food is great and feels like some home cooking from grandma. Nostalgia is something they serve up daily, especially the Doukhobor Borscht (my little Ukrainian heart exploded). They even have take away items that you can indulge in at home. But the thing that stood out the most was the way their staff went above and beyond to make you feel welcomed, from the initial walk in, directing the line, and even while we waited for our takeout I think every staff member came by and made sure we didn't need anything. Our hospitality industry is lacking in that connection and level of care. One last thing, Crystal posts the daily specials in such a heartfelt way to their Facebook page that it's almost impossible to not give a shout out to this little small business and give them some community love that they so deserve.“

“I recently visited Cactus Club Cafe in Kelowna, and overall, it was a really enjoyable experience. The location on Water Street is great, especially if you want a nice view of Okanagan Lake while you eat. The atmosphere is modern and stylish, and I loved the open air dining area, it’s perfect for warmer days.

The food was delicious! I tried a few dishes, and everything was presented beautifully and tasted fresh and flavorful. The Truffle Fries were a highlight, and the variety on the menu made it hard to choose just one thing. Their drinks are also worth checking out, the cocktail I had was refreshing and paired perfectly with the meal.

The service was solid too. They were all friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed without feeling rushed.

The only downside I noticed is that it’s on the pricier side which I expected for a premium casual dining spot, and it can get a bit busy during peak hours too!

All in all, I’d recommend Cactus Club Cafe if you want tasty food, a good vibe, and a great lakeside view. I’ll definitely be back with family and more friends!“

“We went to Zabb with our one year old and Mia greeted us with the best service! She paid close attention to the fact that we had a little guy. Asking where the high chair would be best situated, bringing him a little set of his own cutlery and a plate and cup. It was really nice to see the detail and prep toward kids in the restaurant. She was amazing! The food was UNREAL as well. So good and so much flavour. I will absolutely be making multiple stops to this location in the future now that I know how great they are!“
