“I have been coming to Edo of Japan for as long as I can remember. What draws me each time is the quality of each meal! It's not fast food, but quick food and delicious to eat!

I try to mix up the meals that I order, but I'm always drawn back to my favorite. Teriyaki Shrimp Bowl is hands down the best and freshest lunch or dinner that I have had!!! And when asked if I would like extra sauce......oh yes please!!!! Delicious! I keep buying the bottles, but I use then up so quickly I may have to invest in a larger quantity!! Lol

Went into the store and the manager apologized, fixed the issue, and even gave us a donut to munch on while we waited. I’m very happy with the way the issue was resolved, without that great service I wouldn’t have gone back.“

“I recently visited A&W and had an excellent experience! The food was delicious—everything from their classic root beer to the burgers and fries was fresh and flavorful. The staff was friendly, attentive, and quick to help. They made sure my order was correct and even checked in to see if I needed anything else. I highly recommend this A&W location. Great food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere! I’ll definitely be returning soon.“

“It’s hard to resist a traditional A&W Root Beer in the heat of the summer! This location in the heart of Kelowna across from Orchard Park mall was worth taking the time to right a review! There are a lot of tempting new menu items and new drinks too and I really should come back for some of those but on a hot day I REALLY just wanted an icy cold root beer! I did go a further stretch and had the latest frozen root beer and it is a struggle which one to pick now! Along with the rootbeer I the classic cut fries were great and I think it was maybe the owner / franchisee serving us. I should have got her name. She was awesome. This may be fast food but she paid complete attention to customer service and made my day. I also noticed that she did the same with each of the guests following us and then made her rounds in the restaurant tidying up and getting things back in order between guests. Everything was very clean. The food was hot and the drinks cold.“

“It was just ok after me trying it out. Service was good and helpful. The chicken tenders were underdone and gummy. The perogies with sausage were drier than I like with onions. The sour cream was a good portion. I would try again for close proximity but not loving it. I've had way better perogies at Pearsons deli.“

“I try not to review fast food establishments unless they are exceptionally good or extremely bad. The Harvey Ave location has some of the most cheerful and best employees I have ever dealt with. We were greeted at the door by a couple of counter staff. I think Krystle was the one who served us. I may have her name wrong, I apologize. But they were all such a delight.
They really deserve a 10 out of 5 stars.
The men's restroom really needed a broom and mop visit.

“I just had a really pleasant experience at DQ on HWY 33 with an employee. I think their name was Cheston but I've waited to long to write this. When I was greeted via drive-through speaker, the employee was exceptionally helpful, kind and they went over and above answering my questions and figuring out the information regarding what I was needing very quickly. Though I don't work in fast food anymore, I did manage a restaurant, and I feel that I am qualified to state that what I experienced was really excellent customer service. In times like these people are stressed and on edge, but after I left I reflected on this small interaction... and it made a huge difference in my day. My 2 single burgers for$5 were nice too. :) Thanks.“

“The Dairy Queen on Gordon and highway 97 was very clean and clearly well run. We were served by very friendly and keen person named Daniel. “The Krabby Patty Burger was decent for a fast food burger, but clearly slapped together without much care. The fries were hot, fresh, and delicious, and the Pineapple Under the Sea Frosty was really refreshing.

“BEST SUBWAY IN KELOWNA!

Where do I start? My wife and I have been a huge fan of subways fresh sandwiches and delicious baked cookies for years. We were in the area one day and decided to stop in to this location. We were impressed with how clean it was inside and upon ordering, how generous our sandwich topping portions were. We could tell these wonderful people actually care about their customers. Because of how friendly the staff is no matter who we have dealt with, we now drive close to 30 minutes to this specific location any time (which is a lot) we are wanting Subway! This location really is an example of how much of a difference great staff can make & why this location is always busy! Fast forward, we now consider the employees as friends and just wanted to spread the word as they deserve recognition for holding themselves at such a high standard which we all know is hard to find especially in some of the bigger establishments these days. 5/5 Stars all around. Keep up the good work! PS. They have the freshest/best cookies in town“
