“I came in the early afternoon and was the only costumer while there. This place deserves more attention because the donuts I had were fresh even near the end of their day. The inside was soft and the icing flakey. I was told by the woman at the cashier that all their donuts are made fresh every day. Raised donuts here are medium sized compared to other shops. They’re the perfect size for one serving to me. And I could easily have 2-3 donuts if im in an indulgent mood. Their raised sugared donuts are topped with sugar, not entirely tossed in sugar. I really enjoyed my chocolate glazed bar filled with custard. The donut to custard ratio was balanced. The custard isn’t obnoxiously flavored artificial vanilla slop, it was pleasant. I only tried their raised donuts and can recommend the raised donuts.

“I recently tried a sandwich and donut shop that’s now under new management, and I was really impressed. I ordered the turkey avocado croissant sandwich along with a Vietnamese coffee, and both were excellent. The sandwich was delicious—fresh veggies, great flavor, and perfectly balanced. Even better, the sandwiches are under $10, which is rare these days.

The Vietnamese coffee had just the right kick and paired perfectly with the meal. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.

“Happy Donuts has been our family's favorite donut shop for years! We used to come here with the previous owners, and when the new owners took over they completely remodeled and upgraded everything while still keeping that welcoming neighborhood feel we loved.
