“Bad reviews written on off a single visit are hilarious. There's no way that you could really understand a business's average performance from one visit. I come here everyday during the work week. The Barista's remember my name, drink and what time I usually come by. Very nice staff, and usually pretty quick even if there's a line.“

“It was pouring down rain but since it was my daughter 's birthday today she got one free? And my granddaughter had a coupon buy one and get one free...what a deal and they still was a big line for coffee. Staff were great, Good Service.“

“Need to share, I always, have a good experience at this location. I must do a shout out for employee, Shion, who in the drive- through one cold December day, she responded so kindly to my special request. I asked for a Mexican Hot chocolate. She figured it out, and it was delicious!! I think this would be a drink to add to the menu . Her special signature drink!! I've been back many times since. “3/29/24 - Fairly good Starbucks location!Situated within walking distance of shopping, nice outdoor seating, if a little unsheltered from the sun at times, and the staff are exceptional. Inside is pleasantly lit, but there is no soft seating. The window seats are very nice, and there's some nice secluded corner spots with shaded window light to the left of the entrance.Like I said, the staff are very pleasant and helpful. The music, on my visit, was at a reasonable volume, easily drowned out by my quiet, over-ear headphones.This location, as of today, does have working outlets. There is no soft seating, unfortunately, but there is lots of ADA accessible seating available, with a long table at wheelchair height in an open and central situation. As for the internet, I got a measly 10 megabits per second up and down: maybe some light video calls if you're lucky, but don't push it.With poor WiFi and no soft-seating (which is a big deal after a while of sitting down) I'll give this place a 7/10. Still very serviceable with it's central location and cozyness.

“Just went through the drive thru and ordered a Frappuccino that is no longer on the menu. The girl who was working assured me that she could make it for me, (without me even asking her to) even though it was not on the menu. I was very impressed with her customer service and willingness to go above and beyond for me! I believe her name was Ava. Great job! Good customer service is so rare and I would love for her to know what a great job she’s doing and to keep up the good work! This was at the Willow & Herndon location in Clovis, Ca.“

“The staff at this location are STELLAR!! Very friendly & Very Efficient! Like a well oiled machine, the approx. 10 staff members move back & forth behind the counter without colliding or interrupting other staff members and get your order out quickly and correctly! Very impressive!“

“I went to another starbucks location today and due to rush they may have forgotten to add the coffee but i had already left that location. Ava at the Ashlan and Fowler location accommodated me as i misdialed to speak with the other Starbucks but she said they could take care of my order and make it right. “I only gave it 4 stars because Sarah ( Hispanic girl with long braid) allowed the door to shut in my face . She saw me when I got out of my car we both got to the door at the same time and she literally allowed it. Of course.She was not wearing the name tag, but I overheard a coworker, say her name. She needs to learn proper etiquettes this is starbucks not dutch bros....“

“I see a lot of negative reviews about this location opening up soo close to a local coffee spot. The thing they forget to mention is that the local spot is only 7am-5pm on weekdays & 7am-3pm on weekends. Sorry but plenty of people want their coffee after 3 & 5 pm so I dont understand why all the complaints. Monkey Dog & delicious, but their hours don't work for everyone. If they had competitive hours, then I would understand all the uproar.“

“The sweetest baristas are at this location, this is my favorite location and they make the best drinks all the time. Everyone is hella friendly and caring. They know how to get all the flavors just right. This is coming from a previous barista. No cap ;)“

“Pretty standard Starbucks, drinks are good, food is fair. They’re very on top of mobile orders usually which is much appreciated. Most of the baristas are friendly and greet you at the register or pickup area. Shoutout to Trevor who’s usually on drive thru when I visit. He’s always personable, friendly, and has a smile on his face.“
