“This Jack N The Box On Clovis And Olive Has Really Had A Change From Customer Service To The Fast Food They Serve , Now Every Employee Is Very Curtious and Very Friendly and They Show That They Care On What's Being Served To You
The Food Is Hot Especially The Fries and Tacos“

“We walked in and told them we had an online order... They were out of the wedges for one of our orders so they offered to make it with curly fries and also let us choose between a cheese cake or a chocolate cake thing for free wow that's some pretty good customer service“

“Work in this area and decided to grab lunch. They added the special sauce even though I didn't want it. I called and the manager was amazing. When I arrived I let her know. They remade the burger. Had me confirm it was correct. It was missing a patty because I had a triple combo. She apologized and fixed the problem. Her customer service is what this situation a lot better.“

“Always tell me items are not available . I feel like they just don't want to make them so they say they it's not available . And when that's not the situation . I get food that's been on the heat rack a bit too long . Or fries have been reheated a few times . .why advertise new items if not available . This store needs better management in my opinion .“

“Just left drive thru, new packaging was noticeable right away. The packaging was a refreshing change. I order Jack's Deals tacos. And they are crunchy, my lettuce was crisp and had the perfect amount of sauce. I love it when I can count on consistency each time. I have always driven away satisfied with whatever craving I was experiencing.“

“I’ve been to this location recently quite a few times specifically in the night &’ have been attended by a young lady cashier EVELYN who has made every visit exceptional. She always has a positive attitude even when it’s busy. I’ve never driven away unsatisfied. You can tell she takes great pride in her job. She is always so attentive &’ super patient even when I can’t make up my mind on what to order. Workers like her are what make all the difference. Especially working in the food industry it’s very evident she brings all the energy to the environment.“

“I don't really eat out but these days I'm kind of making it my goal to look around food places. Starting with fast food. They were getting busy though. I order online but I didn't go until later so the food got cold. Not sure if they have to do it but thanks for replacing the food with warmer one. Plenty of parking area. I like their tiny tacos. My sister love the spicy chicken burger. I can't really compare food since I don't really eat from fast food chains.“

“Today I came to jack in the box to get my daily caramel sweet cream iced coffee. At 1:20pm the lady worker “Liz” was awesome and very welcoming. She got my coffee just the way I love it with extra caramel. Because other days when I ask for it extra sweet I get denied by a different worker. I just wanna say her atmosphere was amazing it’s the kind you want to see when you pull in through the drive through. hope to see Liz around more. Thank you.“

“Truly amazed by the customer service. Went through the drive-thru today for lunch for a lunchie meal with my daughter, and we wanted to split it. I asked if they could cut the burger in half for us and they did! I'm still amazed they really listened! Thank you whoever cut it!“

“The last time I went there, was about a week ago, I was trying to order a oreo cookie shake in the app. But the address that it was given me wasn't the address of the restaurant we're I was, so I went inside I think she was in her break obviously cause she was eating, but I did ask her nicely what was the address from there, and she told me way to fast and I had her excuse me can you tell it to me again, and this time she yell at me, so I thought ? about it, turn around and left.“

“Mannnn this place right here they lowkey my favorite go to place after work sometimes they’re even my lunch and others I sneak away for breakfast lol but huge shout out to the staff and to A particular employee I forgot his name, but he is a Asian fella I believe his names David but can’t remember atm…but he’s made my drive thru experiences so much easier faster and with good conversation lol thanks brotha I highly recommend this jack in the box on herndon & blackstone in Fresno“

“Manager legit got up out of his office to serve me as soon as I came in because he saw no one was coming to take my order. I have never seen any fast food manager besides Chicfila be hands on like that.
the chicken sandwich was so very fresh and the onion rings were crispy. I dont know what happened today🤷‍♀️
