“El Rinconsito Taco truck was our stop while traveling, and I chose it based on the great reviews and it did not disappoint! The tacos were amazing, full of flavor, and the salsas were bomb. They didn’t have grilled onions at the moment, but the lady quickly made some fresh for me, which was excellent customer service.

We also ordered the asada fries; not going to lie, those could be improved they were a bit dry and lacked flavor. But aside from that, everything else was great. Taco truck was very clean, and overall, I really liked it and definitely recommend it.“

This place was essentially almost as good as El rey del Barbacoa near the airport. It does fall slightly short of tacos Puebla near here, but still amazing food with flavorful meats and generous portions of cheese, meat, sides such as grilled onion and peppers, etc. Their sides bar is also pretty well equipped.“

“Hands down the best taco truck in Fresno. The quality of their meat and sides are high. They offer multiple chiles and toppings (onions, cactus, charred jalapeño, cilantro, etc...) and have bags/containers for said items. They make their corn tortillas on site! I was very amazed to see them make large batches as they took orders. They're serving sizes are huge and are worth every single penny. They wrap your items to go.
Keep in mind they only take cash or Zelle. Will 100% come back.“
