“Hey I had to write something here because I just had one of the best sandwiches I've had, right there in Quartz Hill. The Mafioso, which I expect is like many others they have, is a very well balanced set of sliced deli meats, aged cheeses, condiments, and of course some fresh baked bread. All the ingredients perfectly complimented each other and yet you could take a bite and detect each subtle flavor. Excellent! I wish I would have taken a picture, but I hope to next time!“

“Thanks to our local restaurant support group I have found a new favorite sandwich place! I tried the works cheesesteak for lunch and I was definitely not disappointed. One of the best cheesesteaks I've ever had! The meat was cooked perfectly; juicy and tender. I absolutely loved the combination of flavors from the mushrooms, sweet peppers, jalapeños, onions and cheese. It was very apparent that every ingredient was premium quality and fresh. I had to force myself to only eat half so I would have something to look forward to for dinner. I was SO excited to find out this is a veteran owned business and see all of the military-inspired menu items. My father is an air force vet and has dedicated the last 30+ years of his life to making our country a safer place. I look forward to bringing him here and trying more of this mouth-watering menu.“
