I’ve been looking for good places since moving to LA almost 6 months ago. This was one of the few times I wasn’t disappointed.“

The lemongrass chicken and beef banh mi sandwiches were flavorful, fresh, and swiftly prepared, but what I really enjoyed was chatting with the owner, Natalie, who was so friendly and kind to me and my toddler. Vietnamese coffee was also perfect. We can't wait to return on our next trip back to LA!“

“It was bustling when we got there! A large line near the deli cases. You grab a ticket number and wait for them to call out your number and then you can order.
The guy at the counter was super nice. We got the godmother sandwich and grabbed some drinks, chips and pasta salad from the cold case.

The bread was so good. Chewy outside, fluffy inside. The peppers were really yummy too. I’m so sad we don’t have anything like this where I live 😭

There’s tables outside so you can eat out there. It’s not far from the Santa Monica metro station.“

While there are many good bagel places in the city, this has the best bagel quality and value in my opinion. The price point for their shawarma plate falls at around $26 but it can be shared between 2 people, and the taste makes it worth more than spending much less on lower quality foods. They don't perform for anyone, the food is reminiscent of Greek or Lebanese street food, and you'll always feel like you're at home here at St. Vincent's Deli.
