“Splurge Café is such a hidden gem in Beverly Hills! It’s inside an office building on Wilshire, so you might miss it if you’re just walking by, but it’s definitely worth stopping in. The place is super convenient, clean, and has a really easy vibe for grabbing something quick.

I love that the food is fresh and not just your standard “grab and go” stuff — they’ve got good salads, sandwiches, smoothies, and even ice cream if you’re in the mood for a treat. The staff is always nice and quick, which makes it perfect for a lunch break or a pick-me-up between errands.

Definitely one of those spots you end up coming back to once you’ve tried it!“

The lemongrass chicken and beef banh mi sandwiches were flavorful, fresh, and swiftly prepared, but what I really enjoyed was chatting with the owner, Natalie, who was so friendly and kind to me and my toddler. Vietnamese coffee was also perfect. We can't wait to return on our next trip back to LA!“

“I’d been wanting to try this place for awhile, after seeing so many others rate it online and on social media. The hype was worth it.

What looks like an intimidating ordering situations was actually really easy. I think I was expecting a NYC style service counter where you get yelled at if you don’t know exactly what you want, but the staff was so nice and helpful.

My wife and I split the whole turkey sub with mild peppers and American cheese, no pickles. The bread was great—a little on the crusty side, but otherwise very flavorful. All of the veggies and meat were very fresh, and the experience was cool over all. You grab a ticket at the counter, wait for them to call your number, then you order and step back while they make yours and a handful of others at the same time. I grabbed some chips and drinks while I waited, which only took 5 minutes or so, then paid at the front (cash or debit only) and enjoyed our lunch at one of the outdoor tables.

I’ll definitely be back to try the meatball sub, which I eyed somebody else eating and immediately wanted a taste. I’ll probably grab a turkey sub, too, while I’m at it.“

“Gourmanoff is one of my favorite food markets. They have an excellent selection of high-quality products and a very good variety of freshly prepared food that you can take home and enjoy right away.

A special thank you to the owner for maintaining such a high standard. The chefs do an excellent job, and you can really feel the attention to quality in the prepared dishes.

The ladies who assist customers are always very friendly, welcoming, and kind. The level of service is excellent and makes the shopping experience even more pleasant.

The store is compact, but very well stocked and carefully selected. Another pleasant surprise is that some products are noticeably less expensive here than at other specialty markets.

“Amazing chef cooks a great veriety of Ukrainian favorite dishes salads and bakery creations. They also bake the best in the town dark bread. Their cranberry cake - I'm sure you have never tried anything like that. You can also find a lot of grocery items from Eastern Europe there“

“Ever crave a NY style BEC bagel but you live in West LA? Look no further than New York Bagel and Deli! While there are many good bagel places in the city, this has the best bagel quality and value in my opinion. They do everything, from bagel with shmear and lox to BEC and even pizza, all for an affordable price. Highlight is the sandwich combo which is a fat bagel sandwich and a combo. It's my go to for a filling breakfast for a long day!“

I went there today and the owner said they no longer have a deli there, they completely got rid of it. I asked to be sure that it wasn't just closed, and he said yes, no more deli going forward. Sean, I believe, went above and beyond in helping me out and explaining that they could do whatever is on the menu in a gluten wrap so I had more options. Been years since I've been here but I'll be back for sure. Also, gotta love a place that still believes in good size portions. Always nice to be able to take some home if I want. But check out their menu, they have great flavors in all the categories really. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Water mister on the patio area during the hot days. Would recommend of course.“
