“One Stop Bakery has been our go-to cake place for a few years now!!! This time did not disappoint. I had requested the cake for a day that was pretty full. They worked with a few ideas I had found for the cake and made it happen!! The cake was both beautiful and delicious! We always get so many compliments. “Started going there with my Friends. It is one of our Birthday Celebration Meet-ups. The food is great, with attention to detail. 4 out of the 5 times I've been the service has been excellent. The last visit, middle of the week, for lunch for some reason there was only (1) server, who also had to do bar which, slowed things down quite a bit, but he did great under the circumstances. Other than that one experience, I highly recommend this place.Parking: Open parking in a strip mall. So far no issues finding a place to park.“

“What an amazing place! My tea was the best. I asked for the creamiest option and they recommended the horchata tea. I am in love with salt cream but it's not on the menu, so they made it for me! It was the best salt cream I've ever had. It was still a little sweet (which is the difference) but then the salt hits the tongue, wow! The absolute best and I go to a lot of places with salt cream. I can't say enough good things about this place and THE PEOPLE. So accommodating. I live 70 miles away and it's totally worth the drive. I'll definitely be back.“

“Hey I had to write something here because I just had one of the best sandwiches I've had, right there in Quartz Hill. The Mafioso, which I expect is like many others they have, is a very well balanced set of sliced deli meats, aged cheeses, condiments, and of course some fresh baked bread. All the ingredients perfectly complimented each other and yet you could take a bite and detect each subtle flavor. Excellent! I wish I would have taken a picture, but I hope to next time!“

The menu offers many variations of dishes, all capturing the essence of Thai cuisine. We ordered noodles and soup, both of which were superbly prepared. I haven’t had such delicious Tom Kha in a long time, although I didn’t have rice for the soup, so you had to order it separately. “We just enjoyed a great meal at La Gema Del Sabor. We just stumbled upon this place and we are so glad we did. Our food was excellent and the portions were generous which we truly appreciate. I highly recommend the pupusas, particularly the birria and the calebasa con queso. My husband ordered the carne asada fries and they were the best we have had. The meat was very flavorful. The service was so friendly and kind. The music playing was beautiful and encouraging. The food will take a while because it is prepared fresh. “There is a lovely glass fish tank when you first go in, and the place is really clean with lovely staff.There will be a teacup and sugar box when you first sit down. The teapot contains soy sauce, and the sugar box contains a spicy red sauce that tastes like kimichi. They engaged with my son more than a few times and made him feel comfortable enough to want to keep talking. I noticed that the ladies were like that with everyone who came in. I hope they continue to be that welcoming. My daughter ended up leaving her purse but didn’t really have anything stating how to get it back to her if lost and one of the ladies ended up calling AAA and having AAA get ahold of us so that my daughter was able to get her purse back. They were on it, I mean I walked in my door 5 minutes before and already had a phone call stating that the ladies would keep it there until we got back. “One of my favorite restaurants in town. They bake the naan to order and everything is fresh and delicious. Fast and friendly service in a family friendly atmosphere. For food, my go to is Lamb Korma, hot. They'll make any dish mild, medium, hot, or "Indian Hot". Other great ones are the chicken jalfrezi, and biryanis. Be sure to try desert. The golub Jamin is one of my favorite desserts of any style cuisine.“

“I used to stop when this was Primos and most always got their chicken gyro pita with tzatziki sauce. I noticed the place changed hands so we thought we'd try it. Sad to say my old fave was not on the menu, but they have other good choices. Got two chicken clubs with one order of fries to split. The sandwiches were good and the fries crispy and tasty. The service was excellent and fast. I noticed the new owners (they also have a place in Lancaster) have one upgrades. It's very clean and has new landscaping. My husband noticed several charging station next door which must come in handy for travelers going through Mojave. It's good to know - there aren't many choices here beyond the typical fast food chains.“
