“Found this donut shop while a search for a breakfast burrito around 530 am. I saw they have a bagel breakfast sandwich. When I arrived , order that and a donut. The breakfast bagel sandwich was good, the gentlemen waa friendly. My only complaint is they charge u for using your credit card.“

“I ordered a sandwich online at Subway and arrived at the store at the designated pickup time. However, the team member told me that my order was not ready and that he needed to work on it. I was disappointed because I had arrived on time and I was expecting to pick up my order right away.I understand that the team members at Subway are under pressure to meet certain time goals. However, I believe that it is important to provide customers with accurate information about the pickup time. If my order was not going to be ready at the designated time, I would have appreciated being told that ahead of time.In addition, I was very disappointed by the unprofessional behavior of the two team members who were working on my order. They were whispering something to each other in a low voice and smirking, as if they were amused by the fact that I had to wait. This was very disrespectful and made me feel like I was not being taken seriously.I would like to recommend that Subway train their team members on how to handle customer expectations and how to behave in a professional manner. This would help to ensure that customers are treated with respect and that their concerns are addressed in a timely manner.Thank you for your time.“

“Hands down to Rafael!!!! By far some of the best customer service I’ve had in awhile. My daughter and I went in to grab dinner and the line was so long… Rafael was the only worker and he had online pick ups as well. He did such a great job. He was very professional, quick, accurate, made sure to address everyone, and did it with a smile!!!!! And he Wished everyone a Happy Holidays as they left. We definitely need more “ Rafael’s”. “This subway is located inside shell gas station, but there's still a section to have a seat and eat if need be. This subway makes great sandwiches, they don't just throw everything inside the sub all sloppy, and you don't have to keep saying can you add more this or more that because they are not stingy with the ingredients, they put a fair amount. I've been to some subways where they literally are so stingy with the ingredients that there are gaps, and you can see the bread. It's ridiculous, especially since the price is up there now.Anyway this subway is great, great service, great employees!“

“I don’t normally write reviews but I came here late night for a meal, got the regular philly cheese steak combo with the cheesy fries and a lemonade for only 10.99 with my app thanks to the employee taking my order, she let me know about the extreme deal meal. The food was amazing and great service.“

“Everytime we come to visit Victorville, we always have to stop by this Subway location.. The place is always clean, the veggies are always fresh and the bread is just freshly made.. Also Angie always serves us and her customer service is just superb! Always greets us with a smile and makes sure we are always taken care of!
