Nice outdoor seating if you don’t want to be indoors; the cute menu includes vegetarian options and nice cocktails (though not poured deep); we lived our options. “What a terrific Eatery and Bar. We arrived a bit early for our reservation and asked to be seated in the outside patio which was perfect. The hostesses were so welcoming and kind. Addi was our server and was so professional and pleasant. We asked for a recommendation on tequilla cocktails and Addi suggested the Latin Distraction which was tasty and refreshing. We both enjoyed the drinks and ordered the Hummus and Baba appetizer which was also delicious. For our main entrees my wife ordered the chicken kabob and I had the Bolognese and both were well prepared and presented besides tasty. “My wife and I recently had the pleasure of dining at Moonshadows in Malibu, and it was truly an unforgettable experience.

We started with the BBQ octopus and a dozen oysters, both of which were exquisitely prepared and presented. The octopus was tender and flavorful, and the oysters were fresh and succulent. For our main course, we shared the Lobster and Crab Linguine and the Miso Glazed Black Cod. Both dishes were absolutely divine! The linguine was perfectly cooked with a so fresh and good taste tomato sauce that was shocking, and the seafood was fresh and flavorful. The black cod was cooked to perfection, and the miso glaze was the perfect complement to the delicate flavor of the fish.

But the highlight of our experience was the breathtaking view. We had reserved a window table for 4pm, just in time to witness a spectacular sunset over the Pacific Ocean. The colors were simply unbelievable, and it was the perfect backdrop for our romantic dinner.

The service at Moonshadows was impeccable. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable, and he made sure that we had everything we needed. The cocktails were also top-notch, and we enjoyed a couple of delicious drinks while we watched the sunset.

Overall, we had an amazing experience at Moonshadows. The food, the service, and the view were all exceptional. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a special dining experience in Malibu.

The food was delicious, with one exception: We were celebrating a friend's birthday, so we ordered a two desserts: creme brulee and a strawberry shortcake. They were both delicious, but each had its own problem The flavor of the creme brulee was tasty, but under the toasted sugar crust the custard was runny. When we expected the strawberry shortcake, a bread pudding was brought out, which a sent back. The problem was corrected promptly. Unfortunately, the baked portion was very difficult to cut, so it made it very had to eat. I reserved with open table, and noted that there was a birthday being celebrated, but no candle was on either dessert. I didn't expect a free dessert, just a candle. First time ever in my life, no candle. Good rating, still enjoyed our Salade Nisoise entrees.“

“Sunset Terrace is my "GO TO" social and sports bar in Thousand Oaks and I frequent 3 times a week. By far they have the best happy hour on weekdays 3 - 7 pm. (Drinks - 50% off / Food - 25% off). They have plenty of pool tables, big screen TVs, and the only bowling alley (4 lanes) in town. The crowd is mostly locals who welcome newbies and make them feel right at home. The bartenders and servers are friendly and efficient and I rate their food a #10. The have security and I like the fact that never have I seen a fight there. “Wide array of choices for burgers! Great service! We went at a time when there were only two other families eating, about 1 hour prior to closing but plenty of time to order and eat our food! The place was quiet enough that we could easily hear each other and conversation, seating was fairly comfortable with availability to dine inside or outside.
Our server, Logan, was super accommodating and welcoming while still being professional and deficient! Very accommodating in helping us with the menu and recommendations!
He helped us compromise between curly fries and truffle fries by using truffle oil and Parmesan on the curly fries! It was great!
The burgers were absolutely delicious! We ordered two burgers and just split them and each had half so that we can enjoy the experience of burger flavors that were new to us!
It was very refreshing to have a server who seemed genuinely engaged, and who definitely seemed to want us to have a good experience!
Parking was easy in a free open lot shared amongst other businesses.

“Wow. This is an amazing theater. My friend and I went here on a whim to see the new Deadpool movie. The lobby was nice. There were some sofas where we sat down and relaxed before the movie. Since there was a full bar, we had a drink. The movie was about to start, so we made our way to the theater.
The seats were so comfortable, and they reclined all the way back with foot rests. We then pushed a button on the arm rest, and a waiter came by to take our order. We got the truffle fries and a couple of drinks. The truffle fries were delicious, and the drinks had free refills. Anytime we wanted a refill, all we had to do is push the button and the waiter brought us a refill.
This is my new favorite movie theater. Great movie, great food, and great atmosphere.“
