this place needs some serious help in the customer service department for the following reasons (1) not likely you will be greeted or acknowledged. you could be the only customer there good luck getting a genuine smile (2) if you are greeted it seems forced (3) employees obviously don't like being there (4) they're either understaffed or when they are fully staffed it seems so disorganized (5) often times i come in and only one person is handling the order taking and...read full review

We called Order 2 drink and 1 egg puff . And wait almost 20min.. the egg puff taste so bitter , burn out side but in side watery and soft .. the taste was awful.. fuck this place why made the egg taste taste so bitter and burn .. my husband bring it back to her .. i wish she could eat , if she can not eat I mean we can not eat .. never Order matcha egg puff this fucking place ..
