Jay's has a breakfast plate for 12.75 that is one of the best deals in the Bay Area: eggs, bacon (or sausage or ham or turkey), toast, and fresh fruit. The space is cozy, you don't need to wait in line, and every thing is fresh, made to order. They also have amazing scones if you don't want a full breakfast.
