When I walked in they were so unprofessional didn’t wash hands had a mop in their hands one employees addressed us for an order but he was so rude and demanding us to hurry and order and the store wasn’t even closing. So we immediately walked out came here on 01/6/24 and then came around 7:00
This is THE WORST subway i've ever been too. The customer service is ridiculous. If you don't want to be treated like absolute crap then I suggest avoiding this place. Don't work in the food industry if you don't understand the importance of customer service. And to make it even worse I saw 3 roaches crawling across my feet while trying to order and flies everywhere. Yuck.

I wanted to get points so I used the app while in the store. The rude employee told me it'll be ready in 20 minutes and that I should've ordered at the front instead. Tells me he's doing other things and will make my sandwich when he's done. Then I watch him proceed to make a subpar sandwich and instead of handing it to me, he puts it on the online order shelf, finishes another sandwich, then tells me my sandwich is on the shelf.
