I ordered Boba milk tea regular, and there was no ice /sugar level adjustment. The drink seems watered down. I wish it could be a little sweeter... (I usually order 50%sweetness in other boba places. )The price point is the lowest around entire eastbay, however .
Writing this review before I even leave the store because it's so good!! Their Thai tea with boba hits every time and the boba is sooo soft & chewy. The peach green tea is also super refreshing -- I love that you get fruit pieces in it. Every time I come here, the young employees are so kind. I had an interact with who I presume is one of the owners & he was also so sweet. Happy to support this local business, it's so much better than the franchise boba shops in the Berkeley/Albany...read full review

Clean spacious place. Fast friendly customer service. My son had the Oolong milk tea and he loved it. I like that they have milk options.Parking: Located on a busy main street so parking may be hard to find.
