“This place is truly a little hidden gem, it is such a nice environment to get a drink or a snack. The plants are everywhere and make the place feel so whimsy and cozy.
We got the churro mochi muffin which was unexpectedly amazing. I loved the texture and it’s truly the best balance between a muffin and a mochi.“

“Hal’s is IMO the best cafe in Albany - all the baristas not only serve beautiful, delicious oat cappuccinos but they also create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes u want to stick around. If you’re lucky they’ll be brewing a fresh batch of chai and your nose will wonder if you’ve died and gone to heaven.“

“A classic donut shop with some interesting flavors! I came here on a whim in the middle of a long run bc I needed some energy. The donuts absolutely delivered. I tried the pistachio glazed and a donut hole, and they both hit the spot. They even made a fresh batch of decaf coffee just for me (it was late). The area is a bit sketch after dark, but the donuts are absolutely worth it. I plan on returning for the ube cake donut on my next run!“

“Eunice Gourmet Café is a hidden gem! The coffee was amazing. I tried The Ash sandwich and was completely blown away fresh ingredients, perfect flavors, and honestly one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. I’m more than willing to drive the extra distance just to have it again!

“i was expecting a standard to go breakfast spot, but the food totally blew me away. the portions are huge and everything comes out super fresh, way better than i thought it would be. my freind got the burrito and i had the breakfast sandwhich and we both loved it. definately going back next time im in the area.“

“Really enjoy spending an afternoon here, the coffee is great and the atmosphere is perfect for getting some work done. Cool local art on display. Baristas are super nice!

Their WiFi works well, however if it gets too crowded sometimes you can’t sign on. Has a few indoor tables and chairs and a few patio tables as well.“

The staff are nice and they all remember my name, which makes me feel special. Today one crew member actually bought my cafe latte to me at my table. “This is the only coffee shop in Albany that’s open before 8am. For that reason, I really appreciate them and will come back. Don’t expect a craft latte here , however. The milk is over frothed, temperature brought up too high, and there’s simply too many choices on the menu for anything to be perfected here. However, for a quick coffee before an early morning job this place hits the spot. The service was friendly and they opened right on time. A great little neighborhood coffee spot.“

“Tried Mango Slushie w/ boba and it was good. Not too sweet for the regular sweet.

I also tried their Taro Milk Tea, which I was shocked that it was white and didn't taste like the normal Taro Milk Tea's I've gotten from other places. However, in my country, we eat cooked Taro as a root plant and it is white so when I tried the Taro Milk Tea from here, I expected it to be purple, it wasn't. It was white and I questioned about if it was Taro, and it was bc there are Taro bits and pieces in it. It's the real thing! None the less, it wasn't too bad. But it's not what you're used to😌“
