“Don’t overlook this little sandwich shop. I read reviews and decided it sounded good. It was charming. Loved the little place. The sandwich was amazing and huge. I had a turkey sandwich with everything on it and toasted. I wish I could share the flavor - but just YUM! While we were there a guy came in and said he had come to San Francisco on business and had traveled across town to come get a sandwich. He said he used to come to the shop on his way home from high school many years ago. It was so good he just had to come back and get a sandwich.“
“The Chicken Katsu and Pork Katsu are fried to perfection; I've had katsu at over 40 restaurants in the Bay Area, Japan, and Hawaii, and these are among the best in terms of texture and crunch. Unfortunately, it isn't very flavorful.I picked up this order from a ghost kitchen location.“
“Off the Grid at Fort Mason is a seasonal event, usually for a few months at a time (spring & fall) & last night was there last event until next year. The team last night was kimchi and K-pop. There was a DJ spinning K-pop music (BlackPink, BTS, Psy, etc.) & Korean themed food items from vendors. It was pretty fun. I've been to taco competitions & other themed events at OTG too. There's always live music or a DJ, a bar in the middle (my favorite drink is the hot cider with rum). Bathrooms are located in Building C. I'm looking forward to the next season of OTG at Fort Mason. It's good fun.“
“I've had almost everything off their menu. Their food is really good. I love how their beans aren't cooked with lard so they're allergy friendly as well! You ask them whatever you would like and they will accommodate you! Although they're located inside the parking lot of blunts and more they deserve more recognition in my opinion.“
“Had the Farro soup and IT WAS DELICIOUS! This retail boutique take-out meat market bakery space is great! They "tick" so many boxes: Vegetarian - YES Vegan - YES Carnivore - YES Omnivore - YES Sweet-tooth / sugartarian - YES Carbotarian - YES Pescatarian - YES (see canned foods / sardines) Their menu has both staple selections (rotisserie chicken, potatoes...), and a rotating selection of daily sandwiches, soups, empanadas, and more. So going there is always a surprise. And this isn't including the dried, canned, packaged, frozen & refrigerated products available. ...Back to the Farro soup, Last Saturday I went and got it and man was I in heaven! Of course I want everyone to go and patronize this place, but my main objective is to get this soup matriculated onto the daily menu roster! PLEASE. I would buy it daily! And please let us know we can get it in two sizes! I had no idea I could "supersize" when I first bought it.“
