The service was COMPLETELY unacceptable. An employee was rude, speaking in a language I can’t recognize and started yelling at me simply because I didn't understand what she was trying to say. Why get angry and keep screaming when customers don't understand? This business is located in LA—if an obvious communication barrier happens, staff should try to bridge it instead of continuing to yell in the same language at a confused customer. Savoy Kitchen is known for their Hainan Chicken and my partner and I were excited to go back to get some after a whole year. We parked in the designated parking and put our names down.
