“I tried the Mushroom Burger at Pharos Burgers, and wow — it was absolutely fantastic. From the first bite, it’s clear that every component of this burger is carefully crafted. The patty is juicy, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavor. The mushrooms are sautéed to perfection — earthy, savory, and rich — and they pair beautifully with the melted cheese. The bun is soft yet sturdy, holding everything together without getting soggy, which is more important than people realize in a great burger.

What really sets this burger apart is the balance of flavors and textures. The mushrooms add depth without overpowering the beef, the cheese adds creaminess, and the seasoning is just right — you can taste all the ingredients without anything being too salty or too heavy. “I had been looking for a place where I could get a really good egg sandwich any kind of breakfast sandwich and no luck by chance drove by this place. It's like a hole in the wall and thought why not I'll give it a chance and I was very very impressed. Very happy. The food was delicious. The service was great. They were very friendly and this is now my go to for breakfast.“

“To be honest, which is a phrase I hardly ever use. In this case it fits, “to be honest”, I don’t think I would have ever found this burger spot!!! However since going there, I think you should too. The fries are 10 out of 10 very fresh and the burger (mines without sauce) is a 10 out of 10 to my liking. The customer service is amazing. I walked in and the first worker I came in contact with had a very pleasant and inviting smile on her face. The other young lady is just a nice and was eager to serve.
The manager showed me I was in a good place to enjoy good food along with good service.
The amibiance with the great service and excellent food is why I’m sharing this spot you should visit.

Also, I came home a reheated those fresh tasting fries and they still taste top notch“

“The pastrami dip at The Hat is legendary, and for good reason. The portions are massive, and the meat is juicy and tender. The fries are also ridiculously large—enough to share with two or three people. The place has a no-frills, diner-like feel. It’s indulgent comfort food at its best“

“went for lunch today, ordered some chillaquillas got home terrible a plate full of chips n green sauce terrible. also ordered a grilled cheese for the grandbaby gpt home literally was a small square of cheese in the middle.of the bread maybe like 2x2 slice. Needless to say I returned for a refund cause I'm not paying top dollar for food I wouldn't even feed my dog. The guy said the owner Rola didn't want to give me a refund but decided too lol n than minus the tax I paid!!!! so ur gonna keep taxes on food I ordered yet I returned the garbage. This burger spot used to b teh business back in the day I will not spend a dime ther ever again!!!“

“My experience at Ace Burger today was nothing short of amazing! I ordered the chicken tenders, fries, and corn on the cob, and everything was a perfect 10. The chicken tenders especially stood out—they had the perfect amount of spice and breading. On top of the fantastic food, the woman who made the food and the gentleman (I believe they’re the owners) were incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. Their kindness made the visit even more special. Wishing much success to this wonderful place!!

“The food is standard burger/ Mexican fare. The price for each item in 2025 is under $10 with certain exceptions in regards to meals and dinner plates. There is a small parking lot that is associated with Ernie's burgers and is free. The food is good for the price but if you expect good food I would recommend other locations.

I had the patty melt, tuna melt and chili fries with cheese:

The Patty Melt ($8 approx.) is decent but has the issue of using a bad cheese for patty melts and poor order. The cheese adhered to the bread as opposed to the patties which leads to hard bread and less flavorful patties. The choice of cheese was American cheese which doesn't work well for Patty Melts, had they chosen a Cheddar or Swiss cheese the overall melt would have been better. Aside from those issues the bread was toasted nicely and there was a small amount of onions (partly caramelized)

The Tuna Melt($7-8) was good for it's price, similar to the patty melt the bread was toasted nicely, the cheese was American Cheese and would have been better if they had chosen another type of cheese. The Tuna mix was a bit of a mess but decent. The pros were that it was light on mayo, resulting in a dryer tuna mix for those who prefer such things. The cons were the inconsistencies in flavor namely the random bites of acidity. If the acidity was more uniform and spread out so each bite had a nice little acidic bite it would be fine. However, as it was, there were random dry but good parts not overpowered by the cheese and random spots where all you could taste was what I assumed was vinegar.

Lastly the chili fries with cheese, this was a decent option but nothing standout, if you want chili cheese fries i'd advise you to seek other restaurants. The issues I had were the fries were crispy to and extent but served with chili that lack impact. As a sloppy mess to finish after your meal after the fries have soaked in chili it's fine. However, when eaten as it was served the fries were a bit too crispy and didn't absorb any of the chili's flavor even if it didn't have much to begin with.

All in all, if you want a quick cheap bite to eat, Ernie's burgers works great for a quick and cheap bite, but if you want flavor seek other establishments. Whilst Ernie's is not bad it certainly doesn't hold up to the other nearby establishments in terms of flavor.“

“I Love this place I always have fun here me and my Sister come almost every weekend either friday or saturday were like one of the regulars food and Drinks are the bomb they have good Birthday Party's there and everyone that comes here are cool.“

“Place was pretty packed but we got seated right away. We were a party of 3 adults and a kid. We sat down ordered and waited some time which was understandable with how busy it was. They did get my friend's order wrong but overall the service was fine. Me and a friend got the 2 for $25 special and we got the Spinach and Artichoke dip which was creamy and with lots of flavor. I ordered the Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp which was a $4.50 upcharge which I thought was fine until I received my plate. That thing was smaller than expected. In terms of quality and taste the mashed potatoes were good but the chicken was a tad bit dry. They gave me a good amount of shrimp and it was tasty and well seasoned. I also ordered a Blue Hawaiian Long Island Iced Tea and it was huge. I was able to finish it and I recommend getting it. I would most likely come back just for the 2 for $25 special.“
