“I love Taco Bell. Ordered online for a drive thru pickup. Arrived, pulled into the DT lane, gave them my name, then had to wait behind another car for ~5 mins. No biggie at all. The window attendant was so chill - apologetic, super polite, and professional. Found a free package of cinnamon twists in order. Yay! I love love love Taco Bell!“

“Came here for the first time on a Saturday afternoon. And ordering was very easy since you do it through a QR code but you can also ask for a menu and order that way as well. Food came within 10 to 15 minutes and everything was very hot and fresh. The meat pies were really hot and filled with yummy juices. The scallion pancakes were very very yummy. I highly recommend getting the cucumbers. Service was decent but don't be expecting conversations from these ladies. They bring you your food and that's about it. I can't wait to come back and the prices are so worth it.“

“My wife and I shared a beef burrito, and the Carne Asada salad. The dressing to the salad was really tasty, and the steak was better prepared than a steak I had any fancy restaurant last weekend. The burrito was just simple goodness … not too fancy or over done. This is a family owned business that supports the community. Support them … take the family to lunch or dinner You won’t be disappointed!“

“I must start this comment by saying that the staff are very friendly and serve in Spanish! It seems that they have a lot of requests from Uber and other apps because they are very busy, we had an argument between colleagues which is normal! But the girl who served us apologized and I really appreciate that detail that was not necessary, one understands the stress in the kitchen with so many orders. The food is very delicious and well prepared, very good service at this branch. Just as a comment, the soda area could be a little bigger.“

“I typically do Drive-thru during weekdays when I’m solo. On a few occasions, I would eat-in when + other members during weekends. Drive thru service is much better than eat-in service. Not that it’s all bad, just not 5-stars. 4 for overall decent. This is a better JITB than many others in the local l neighborhood. The North Montebello location is iffy iffy.

“This review is specifically for whoever was working around dinner time (6pm) on Dec 30, 2024. I'm not one to leave reviews, but I felt compelled to for the service and food we received today. The lady who greeted my brother and I at this location was so warm and pleasant, and when we got home, my entire family agreed that the pizza was surprisingly the best we've ever gotten from this location. You can tell a level of care was put into each pizza, and it wasn't just blindly thrown together (which we've gotten before). We don't know if it was the same lady that made the pizzas, but we wanted to acknowledge the food and service we received today. Honestly 6 out of 5 stars when you consider the price.“

“Original chicken is good, I didn't find that the gravy enhanced it, the fried chicken is good enough on its own.
The spaghetti is not awful, but I would say that it's an acquired taste. Spaghetti that sweet isn't my preference.“

“I moved to this neighborhood 3 years ago, not long after the pandemic. Their app order system was horrible then, but over the years it improved a lot. Now my orders are ready quickly and less error or hiccups. The food is fresh, delicious and reasonable priced. Most of the dishes- including the sides, desserts, and boba drink- are delicious. I definitely recommend it!“
