“Johne took such great care of us! You can tell this beautiful restaurant/venue is more of a dinner spot, but after looking online at the menu, I really wanted to go here for lunch. From the beginning, Johne made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. We ordered drinks, the Brussels sprouts, shrimp cocktail, steak salad, and vegetables, and all of it was SO good! Thanks so much for providing such great service even while preparing for a big show this evening! We’ll definitely check the show listings and come back to visit sometime.“

“La Fe’s On’ry menu is one of the most exciting dining experiences we had lately. It’s the kind of spot where every dish feels intentional ... bold flavors, thoughtful textures, and a touch of surprise. If you’re someone who likes to explore beyond the usual, this is absolutely the menu to go for.
What We Ordered & Loved:
Bread Service
Don’t skip this. The cultured butter comes whipped into silky ribbons, sprinkled with smoked salt, and served with warm bread. It looks simple but the flavor is next-level. The butter is so good you’ll probably want to finish every last smear. The chef made a mango jam and it goes so well!
Deviled Blue Crabs
One of the most eye-catching presentations of the night....served inside actual crab shells over rock salt. The filling is smoky, savory, and layered with richness from the tomato butter and a lift of Meyer lemon. It’s indulgent but balanced, and definitely a conversation starter at the table.
Kanpachi Crudo
This was one of my personal favorites. Fresh kanpachi paired with radish, cucumber, mushrooms, and a touch of chili heat. The bee pollen kosho and chamomile oil give it a delicate, floral note that makes it stand out from the usual crudos. Bright, clean, and perfect to share.
Tea Leaf Salad
Easily the most surprising dish. It comes loaded with herbs, crunchy shallots, toasted nuts, tomatoes, and romaine. Every bite is different.. crunchy, tangy, fresh, with that slight umami depth from the tea leaves. If you like texture, this is the dish to order.
Mussel and Potato
A heartier plate that’s still elegant. Mussels in a silky sake lees broth, paired with tiny potatoes that soak up all the flavor. The broth itself is so good you’ll want bread on the side just to scoop it all up.
Cherries and Cream
Dessert here is not an afterthought. What looks rustic turns out to be layered and complex — cherries with cream, brown butter crumble, hibiscus, and even fresh herbs to cut through the sweetness. It’s creamy, crunchy, tart, and fresh all at once. A perfect ending.
A final thoughts....
Service is warm and unpretentious — the staff clearly knows the menu well and seems genuinely excited to walk you through it. Dishes come out thoughtfully paced, and the presentation strikes that perfect middle ground between rustic and refined.
Insider Tips
Start with the bread service — it sets the tone and the butter is unforgettable.
The deviled blue crabs are a must if you want something show-stopping.
Save room for dessert — the cherries and cream will surprise you in the best way.
Portions are made for sharing — come with at least 2–3 people so you can try more plates.
Don’t overlook the tea leaf salad — it’s easily one of the most unique and refreshing dishes ...
Also the menu changes so its an adventure...“
“Great neighborhood hangout, as the name implies. Inside there’s a cool cocktail bar, but my favorite is the dog-friendly outdoor patio, a chill spot to hang out with your friends, dog, and - yes - neighbors.
Outside is a map showing the destruction of the Eaton fire. It’s sobering and sad, but I’m glad it’s here. Thank you.“
“I love this place. My Boyfriend robert works in the kitchen, he always gets me and my girls in for free and provides our drinks for free. The atmosphere is great as well as the music. I highly recommend this place.“

“The atmosphere here is great. It is dimly lit with a cozy-cool vibe. Lots of interesting furniture and decorations to look at. The drinks are great. This space is not huge so if there is an event going on that night get there early. Would recommend.“

“Traditional Taiwanese dishes served in a banquet setting. That’s a first - I have only seen Taiwanese food served in casual restaurants and cafes.
Menu is expansive and every dish we ordered tasted authentic. Best stinky tofu I’ve had outside of Taiwan.“

“Love the ambiance. Great food. Great service and excellent drinks are served at the bar. Great for an intimate dinner or for a special occasion.“
“Seating is ridiculous at Union Station. I don't mind the cost of the lounge if I don't have a first class ticket. It's worth it to me to be comfortable and relaxed before traveling. Unlimited coffee, juices, and sodas. Comfortable seating. Big screen TV. Friendly Amtrak service and transport to your train.“
“I'm a regular here at Der Wolf. The bartender, Ricky, made me a very nice tropical drink that definitely hit the spot. And let's not forget Taco Tuesday - the tacos are amazing, very delicious. I highly recommend. The dungeon is also nice; it's a little bit more intimate.“

“This was one of the best afternoon teas I've ever had, and trust me, I not only go out to tea, but I throw them as well. The hotel's ambiance is beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming. Our server, Jenny, was extremely accommodating and kind. They didn't have any decaf black tea, so I asked for a pot of hot water. Not only did she bring it to me, she kept it refilled. All the food, from the scones to the desserts, was fabulous. We were especially impressed with the sandwiches, and it was difficult to pick which one was the best; the chicken salad and prosciutto were exceptional. They change the menu to suit the seasons, and that makes me want to go back. Before our tea, they asked if any of our party had dietary restrictions and if there would be children joining us. I was impressed with their mindfulness. Since we were celebrating both my birthday and my friend's, they brought us out a special dessert.“
“I was here for a birthday party and vibe was real chill.
The bartenders were awesome and it was great time. Drinks were solid and the wait wasn’t that bad, overall it’s a great spot for an adult beverage with friends.
I’d definitely come back here again in the future.“

“Food only got 2 stars because I didn't have any. I think they had snacks, but I'm not sure. There was an amazing taco spot right across the street, though! But service was good evening with the crowd and I loved the atmosphere. Very chill vibe and nothing to fancy. Definitely a good hang out spot but don't dress like a bum. Be cute casual!“

“Yesterday was the first time in this good restaurant. But It is absolutely not the last time. We enjoyed the evening very much with the courteous service, with the high quality cuisine and fine drinks and with the decent charge. We will absolutely return there again.“
“Astonishing lodging to remain! They have an amazing pool, clean water, incredible food, and a cool lager. Agreeable staff and they have a decent spa. I will visit and remain longer since I like the view before the room, which straightforwardly prompts the pool. The rooms are an incredible size, and a portion of the perspectives are stunning. You will not be frustrated!“

“Shaded parking to beat the heat! The parking signs have the logo of this establishment underneath the other business (an optical store) so don't hesitate to park around this simulator business. Friendly staff, comfortable interior, and gcquad! Great rates, up to 6 people. Would come back!“
“This is a cocktail bar but don't be fooled. My favorite drink is the duck fat hibiki, it's absolutely amazing. It blew every other cocktail out of the water. It might cost more and it might not look the prettiest but trust me it is delicious. They are going to discontinue it due to lack of people ordering but don't just go for the trendy or Instagram worthy drinks, it might just be a regular looking old fashion but it might just be the best old fashion I've ever had.“
“Iconic bar in DTLA! This place is as cool as it is old. If you’re in DTLA go have a drink at this spot. The bartenders are super friendly, grab a seat a the bar and have a nice chat with them or they have a nice atrium seating area. This is the only bar in DTLA that you can buy liquor to go. No food, but the day we were there, two food trucks were set up out front. Definitely get the Dickel with the Pickleback. This sounds strange, but it is fantastic!“
“Martinis have hair in the vodka. Not good for business. Bartender is rude“

“On June 25/2025, I went to The Echo with my boyfriend to see The Red Pears, and it was such an unforgettable night. The crowd was completely into it, dancing and cheering, and the energy in the room was electric. The music was amazing, and you could feel the passion of the band in every song. ❤️Even with all the excitement around us, my boyfriend and I had an incredible time together, enjoying the moment and just soaking it all in. The lighting, the sound, and the vibe of the venue made it feel intimate yet full of life. Definitely one of those nights I’ll remember for a long time. (El inicio fue lo mejor honestamente🤍)“
