I came here because I heard the rice noodles were their signature dish, and they were definitely good. But for me, the real standouts were the grilled fish, the charcoal BBQ, and the sweet and sour pork (Guo Bao Rou). Those dishes had the authentic flavors I grew up with. Everything tasted freshly made, well-seasoned, and very traditional. If you’re looking for genuine Northeastern Chinese comfort food, this place is absolutely worth a visit.
I really enjoyed this place! If you like rice noodles, BBQ, and Northeastern Chinese food, Student Days Rice Noodles BBQ in Alhambra is definitely worth trying.
