I found that this Sushi restaurant was one of those I would visit again. You know what sets it apart. Is the sushi guys at the sushi bar that welcome you in and make sure to say goodbye on your way out. Not only is there a great greeting, but the service is great too. Even though they are small they pumped out the orders with great speed and finesse. Also, they have very unique sushi rolls that I haven’t seen at most sushi bars. Stopped by FreeSoulCaffe for lunch today, and it instantly earned a spot on my list of favorite vegan restaurants. We tried the Panini Poulet (vegan chickin) and the Atlantic Sandwich (vegan tuna)—both were bursting with flavor and freshness, generously portioned, and deeply satisfying. Served on delicious sourdough bread, the sandwiches had just the right texture and crunch to complement the fillings. Each came with a fresh side salad brushed with just the right amount of white wine vinaigrette, adding a bright, tangy finish that elevated the meal beyond the ordinary.

The restaurant itself was spotless, and the staff were warm and attentive throughout our visit. We chose to sit outside in the peaceful courtyard, which added a lovely touch to the experience. “Oliboli isn’t your typical walk-in, grab-a-donut, and head-out kind of shop. Instead of picking something out of a case, every donut is made fresh to order in the kitchen and handed to you warm within 3–5 minutes. Whatever topping or glaze you choose melts right into the donut and adds to the flavor instead of overpowering it. The donuts come out warm, light, and almost brioche-like, with just enough crispy edge to make each bite feel special. Plan on paying around $5-6 dollars per donut.

I ordered the Maple and the Autumn Sprinkle, and both were great for different reasons:

• Maple Glazed: Warm, soft, and perfectly glazed. The outside has a gentle crisp from the fryer, and the maple flavor isn’t overly sweet — super balanced. It reminds me of a really good old-fashioned but with more lift and a cleaner finish.
• Autumn Sprinkle: Fun, seasonal, and surprisingly flavorful. The glaze has a hint of vanilla, and the sprinkles add great texture without being overly crunchy or artificial. If you’re in a fall mood, this one nails it.

Overall, Oliboli is one of the few donut shops where you can tell every donut is made with intention. If you appreciate quality over quantity, this place is a must-visit in OC.“

“HI, I have to be honest. I was trying to find a way to contact Flappy Jacks as I have a proposition I think would be perfect for Flappy Jacks I have what is probably a bit of an unusual idea. Or maybe just a good idea. I know it is an unusual way to contact you but there was no email address. So I hope this works. I am from Columbia Missouri and I am visiting my Son, Grand Kids, and family there, just a few blocks to the East of Tustin. I am a musician, part time, and I like to street busk (play music on the streets) for grins. I noticed your nostalgic decor and your Elvis statues and the mural featuring the St Louis Arch, which is in Missouri on the Mississippi, of course, where I am from, and the 1930s, 40s and 50s nostalgia, and I wondered if you ever considered, or entertained the notion of having a little nostalgic live music, every now and then, perhaps even if only just once as an experiment. I just happen to play that old classic blues from that era, mostly, at least in this capacity, as Mr. Fletcher's One Man Blues Band. And I thought we might make a pretty good match up. As I said, at least, as an experiment. You can check me out at Facebook "Keith Fletcher, musician." Though most of that music is from my original music shows, and not my one man blues sets. I noticed you had a nice patio area where I could play outside and it might be a nice treat for your customers to have a bit of entertainment, just for a change of pace. They might really appreciate it since they obviously like your atmosphere. I don't play loud music. Unless folks want that, but I prefer to play soft. Or at least in situations like this. I've been the house band for BBQ joints and restaurants on several occasions. So I am familiar with the proper decorum. Mostly I was just looking for a little music adventure in CA within a walking distance of my Son's house, where I could carry a very tiny amp about the size of a cracker box, and my guitar to a gig. I thought maybe about just doing a street gig but saw your venue and something seemed to click. I hope you think so too. I estimate you are about a mile walking distance from his house and I only need an electrical plug. And probably some cool beverages. Like I said, I'm mostly in it for a small musical adventure, and so will play for tips, though, maybe you can pay me with free cold beverages, especially if it is hot, and maybe a sandwich or meal depending on how long I am there. It all looks delicious to me. If you find you'd like to host me again, and want me back, that might be possible over the week, and I may be back for the Christmas holiday. I might even be able to talk my Son into bringing the kids and family. Could be a total bust, or could be a very nice thing, but nothing ventured, nothing gained. Who knows? If it worked out well enough for both of us, you might even want to do it again sometime, Maybe even offer some kind of fee next time, if there is a next time. Life is an adventure. You / we, might stumble onto something good. If you would like to give it a whirl, what day and time would you think is good to catch a crowd? “Pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. Friendly staff, quick to go service, and delicious food! The spare ribs were my favorite with the meat falling easily off the bone. In my opinion, 1/2 rack is enough for 3 people. I didn't realize this and ordered 1.5 racks 😅 I loved the onion rings. However, not sure I'd pay $10 for them. We were intrigued because it occupies the same space as Supatra's, a spot we used to frequent years ago before the change in ownership. She called in advance to ensure options were available, and the staff was accommodating. Our server, Paul, was outstanding. He went above and beyond to ensure the kitchen was informed about my wife's dietary needs, making the experience seamless and stress-free. Here's what we ordered: Tom Kha Soup: Excellent, bursting with rich and vibrant flavors. Summer Rolls: My wife loved them--fresh and perfectly prepared. Mango Mood drink: Another hit, beautifully balanced and refreshing. Wine: A familiar choice for my wife that paired well with the meal. String Beans and Eggplant: Very delicious, with bold and flavorful seasoning. Crying Tiger: Unfortunately, this dish didn't meet my expectations and is one we wouldn't recommend. Stopped in here to have a bite with a friend. Nice dim lighting creates a great ambiance. We were seated relatively quickly. Open seating in this occasion. Alejandro was very attentive to us. Not a long wait for our orders to be taken. They have an exquisite Salmon Salad. Dining area is very clean and organized. Either in-use or prepped for next customer use. Facilities clean and well maintained. Will surely return many times!

“Went on Wednesday night so it wasn't too crowded. Service was great along with the food. They have some good specialty rolls that I enjoyed. They also had some Boba drinks that were fairly tasty. It's a small establishment but I'd recommend checking it out. Good overall experience.“
